Mr. Dilip R. Dekate is a highly experienced mining professional with nearly four decades of experience in the mining industry. He has held significant responsibilities in organisations including Manganese Ore (India) Limited (MOIL), where he served in senior capacities including Mine Manager and Joint General Manager.

With extensive experience in underground and open-cast mining operations, shaft sinking, shaft deepening, incline and decline development and mine project management, Mr. Dekate brings strong technical and practical expertise to DMA Mines Development Pvt. Ltd. His experience across major mining projects makes him an important part of the company's leadership.
